Teoretical justification for antimicrobal and antioxidant activity of composition containing propolis extract and fumaric, succunic, nicotinic and glutaminic acids

The article is given a theoretical justification for antimicrobial and antioxidant activity of compositions containing propolis extract and fumaric, succinic, nicotinic and glutamic acids. For this purpose, a computer simulation of the structure of polyphenols and their complexes was carried out using the Mech software package, which uses genetic algorithms for the formation of molecular associates. Different types of pharmacological activity were determined using the 3D⁄4D QSAR software package BiS / MC algorithm (multi-conformational) for multi-information analysis of biologically active compounds, their orientation and docking in receptor cavities. Theoretically, using the Mesh software package and the Bis / MC algorithm, several types of activity were established: anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant for these compounds.
