Theoretical and conceptual foundations of political parties

This article deals with the scientific views of some scientists who conducted research on the theoretical foundations of political parties. The formation and development of the science of partology is largely associated with the evolution of historical and political processes. Particular attention was paid to the role of political parties in the development and modernization of society.
