Theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of a regional system for training engineering personnel for the economy of Kuzbass

The article presents theoretical and methodological aspects of developing a regional system for training engineering and technical personnel for the economy of Kuzbass. Particular attention is given to pre-university training of school students in engineering and technical fields, the involvement of employers in the development and implementation of network educational programs, and the establishment of base departments at the university utilizing the material and technical resources of industrial partners. These measures aim to integrate theoretical education with practical activities, providing graduates with competitive advantages in the labor market.
