The process functioning of a global economic system is considering in terms of the theory of evolution in increasingly frequently, seeks to explain the nature of the mechanism of economic development and its dy- namics. The article is devoted to research study of theoretical and methodological aspects forming the basis of the life cycle concept the performance of industrial enterprise, by applying the identification of laws of develop- ment the evolution at the macroeconomic level. The specific nature of laws of development to taking effect on a mechanism of evolution of industrial enterprise is considered. The question is considered at the standpoint of academics economists such as Schumpeter, N. Kondratyev in retrospect economic thoughts as well as taking into account of tendency to the transition of an economy of knowledge and with the importance of innovation factor snowballing in the context of modern economists such as D. North, I. Adizes and S. Glazyev. The complementa- rity of theoretical and graphic models the mechanism of evolutionary development the economy and industrial enterprise has accentuated the relevance reckoning with fact of revealed regularity on the issues the effective strategy of development generated, both at the microeconomic and macroeconomic levels, formed at the end of the work.
