Conceptual and procedural grounds for a personalizing approach to learning in the contemporary society: starting from individual peculiarities taken into account to the designing of an individual path of learning

The paper made a review of trends in evolution of science-based views on the personalizing approach to learning, within this framework the authors substantiated a concept of designing an individual path of learning as the most efficient strategy that responded to the actuals of the contemporary society.
