Theoretical and methodological bases of role play methods use in practice of modern personal imagemaking

The article analyzes a role play approach to image formation, the symbolic, mythical and role play aspects have been considered. A notion of «mask-image» is under consideration, it includes the whole complex of expressive means, used in the process of communication; the use of role- play methods and ways as a form and model of influence on people aiming at creating and correcting personal image. The article proposes a possibility of construction the individual image by means of «effective analysis» method, adopted from the practice of actor ’s work on the role.
