Theoretic and methodological approaches to researching innovative readiness

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of psychological readiness to activity and innovative readiness. In the researches of innovative readiness, apart from subject readiness, a great attention is paid to the social component of activity. It is worth mentioning that in researches innovative readiness is described as a complex of different abilities, features and personality traits which are not connected hierarchically. The author suggests the definition of the structure of innovative readiness basing on the systematic approach as the interconnection of hierarchically organized components.
