Theoretical and methodological legal basis of social security of minors-convicts, located in confinement

The article analyzes the constitutional and legal forms and types of social welfare of juvenile prisoners serving their sentences in prison. The author examines the basic forms of social welfare of juvenile convicts. Basing on the principles of social security, declared in the Russian legislation and the fact that juveniles, convicted to imprisonment are full citizens of Russia, that is, they enjoy the rights and perform duties in accordance with the Constitution, the author concludes that minor convicts must have full right to social security.
