Theoretical and methodological problems of organizational and regulatory impact in law enforcement agencies

The administrative, economic and socio-psychological methods of influence of the subject of management, as well as the problems of their application on the example of law enforcement agencies are considered. Based on an empirical study, an attempt was made to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of the methods used in the penitentiary system, and proposals were made to improve the methodology of organizational and regulatory impact.
