Theories of development of the emotional sphere

This article discusses theories about the development of emotional states. In the very first concepts of emotions, opposing views on the development of the emotional sphere are distinguished. In modern psychology, these concepts exist as cognitive, psychodynamic (motivational) and physiological approaches. The relationship of the emotional sphere with other mental processes and activities is also considered.
