Theory A.A. Bogdanov (Malinovsky) - methodological basis of system in smart city management

The work determined that a systematic approach based on the works of A.A. Bogdanov can be successfully used in smart city management. The possibilities of realizing the potential of smart city actors, considered from the perspective of A.A.’s metatheory, are shown. Bogdanov. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of smart city management is ensured by the integration of constructive initiatives of civil society and business and production stakeholders interacting through digital platforms. Smart city management, based on an integrated approach, is used to use information from various sources, to predict and solve problems before they arise, and to coordinate various resources and processes. An integrated systems approach is designed to bring together disparate and complex systems and data issues to provide a centralized infrastructure that supports operations and customer information systems.
