Бесплатный доступ

An assessment of the scientific prerequisites for digital transformation allows us to identify the cause-and-effect relationship between the factors and results of modern economic activity transformations in general and management in particular. At the same time, it is important to trace the evolutionary development of economic teachings through the information prism. Digital transformation, which is a significant institutional phenomenon that globally covers all spheres of human activity, provides unprecedented opportunities, but at the same time is associated with significant risks. Therefore, it is important to remove the information uncertainty of understanding, the multivariate identification of the transformation essence, summarizing the enormous practical experience accumulated in the implementation of digital transformations in the real economy. The results of the study will highlight the key scientific provisions of classical, institutional and neo-institutional theories that explain modern processes of digital transformation. The study also pays attention to management issues in accordance with the new digital paradigm.
