The theory of cycles in political doctrines IV – the beginnings of XIX centuries

Article opens the content of concepts of the cyclic dynamics presented in works of political thinkers of epoch of the Middle Ages, Revival and New time; distinctive features of the specified concepts and their empirical potential are investigated. In work the author accents the basic attention on substantial aspects of theories of cycles with reference to the considered periods.
