The questions of the theory of chaos complementary to morphology and immune system have been considered in the article. The authors' discussion aims to explain how the theory of chaos used to explain many complicated biological and natural processes is applicable in medicine, in general, and in immunomorphology, in particular. Stemming from the integrated approach to studying visceral and somatic lymph nodes of rabbits, the authors have demonstrated the prevalence of the natural phenomena in age-related, local, circadian aspects at the organic, tissular, cellular and subcellular levels of the structural organization of these organs in intact animals. Besides, the central organ of immunogenesis (thymus, peripheral lymphoid intestinal formations) and lymph nodes exposed to the alternating electromagnetic field of industrial frequency have been studied. The authors have concluded that the concept of "the determined chaos" was of no value to immunomorphologists, while the consideration of necessity and chance interplay resulted, in particular, in the emergence of such branch of immunomorphology as ecological lymphology.
