The theory and practice of use of an index of human development

In the course of the analysis of a modern society there was a necessity of generalization of set of indicators of its condition. Use ИЧР has extremely important values as, first, characterizes a place of Russia in the world community; secondly, defines level of internal conditions in the country for realization of qualitative potential of the population of Russia.
