Theory and practice of security ensuring of criminal procedure participants in the Russian FSKN

The paper deals with the theoretical and legal issues of security ensuring of victims, witnesses and other participants in the criminal procedure, the problem of practice of these standards implementation. The organization of the above-mentioned persons state protection in Russian FSKN (Federal Drug Control Service). The departmental normative legal basis has been designated on this issue.
