Positioning of the regions in Russian space investment

The relevance of this study is due to the need to consider the impact of specific factors in the development of socio-economic systems of a number of Russian regions, which are due to the spatial non-uniformity of the isolation and economic processes. These factors can determine the transformation of the resource base and the entire economic potential of the region, the deformation of the socio-economic policy and the disintegration of economic ties vertically and horizontally, and this situation is typical for many regions of the South of Russia.
