The theory of capitalist world of K. Marx in the conditions of the modern concept of polyarchy

The article deals with concept of R. Dahl about democracy and polyarchy through a prism of the fundamental ideas of K. Marx about capitalism. In the context of K. Marx anniversary the fundamental ideas of Marxism are considered to show their relevance in the conditions of modern economy. Favorable conditions for development of democratic institutes are considered in the context of the theory of Marxism. It also deals with their positions about influence of capitalism on the political system of the country. We also review R. Dahl's ideas about positive and negative consequences of democracy and capitalism, and K. Marx's opinion which is presented in "Capital" are considered.
