Theory of selection and it`s connection with institutional changes

The author views the process institutional change in the aspect of international economy development. The article describes the theory of the selection of the most effective institutions that compares competing institutions on the basis of quantitative analysis total costs needed to create and maintain their functioning. Also defines the trajectory of institutional change, by which is meant changes that are experiencing basic institutes of sequence.
