The theory of miscellaneous type of criminal procedure

Introduction: the article is devoted to the study of the development potential of the domestic type of criminal procedure. It is expressed in the fact that, being an integral value structure, it actualizes its resources as fully as possible, bypassing the three stages of a mixed criminal process: 1) the prevailing accusatory; 2) the dominant adversarial; and 3) proportional. The purpose of this study was to prove the existence of a mixed type of criminal procedure and to determine its most methodologically correct name and content.
