Control theory: polemical notes

Along with the established components of the theory of management, attention is paid to the consideration of the science of management of the organization in the context of globalization. The article draws attention to the representation of the unity of the theory, methodology and practice of management. The purposes and tasks of management, laws of management are considered. Particular attention is paid to the management functions, which are an important factor in the implementation of the processes of the organization. Stressed the need for a permanent accounting any experience in the practice of management in the development of the theory and methodology of management of the organization.
