Thermal methods of influence on the formation

Thermal methods of enhanced oil recovery are used in the development of oil fields, in particular hard-to-recover reserves of highly viscous oils. The main methods are thermal gas exposure, intra-layer combustion, it is also possible to combine thermal methods with water flooding with suitable reservoir properties.
