Terminological definition of contemporary global environmental challenges: distinction from similar concepts

The article carries out a research of contemporary global environmental challenges. The author compares the concept with other ones, such as environmental problems, environmental threats, and distinguishes features of all these conceptions. The concept of the global environmental challenges is new for the science of law; the study of the global environmental challenges may develop a strategy and tactic of their overcoming.
