Terminology and concepts of standard and non-standard employment

Traditional terminology made it possible to adequately study employment and labour market issues. In recent years, attention to non-standard forms of employment has increased, and the term "precariat" has emerged and spread. An urgent task is to adapt the new terminology to the existing conceptual system.
