On the basis of the review of a line of the references in formats of the terminological dictionary, textbook and manual, the comparative analysis of various treatments of the base terms of logistics - material flow, logistic operation, logistic a circuit and some other is executed. The simplified formulations of these terms answering criterion of brevity, but in too time reflecting their basic essence and causing simple associations are offered.
