Heat stabilizing systems when building the objects on permafrost soils

The article shows the relevance of the search for new solutions for the stabilization of the building sites during the course of permafrost processes. Representations of negative processes in territories with permafrost soils are systematized. Methods for stabilizing soils using heat stabilizing devices are presented. The possibilities of increasing the effectiveness of heat stabilizers action, by introducing new designs, refrigerants, liner materials, manufacturing methods and device insertion are generalized.
