Terra incognita of the Russian legal philosophy: review of Zakhartseva S.I. Monograph law: new ideas and readings (Moscow: Yurlitinform, 2021. 440 p.)

The review of the book by a talented Russian researcher with a philosophical view of law is due to the desire to outline his vision of some problems, the solution of which is proposed by S.I. Zakhartsev with a high degree of interest and a certain scientific courage. A monograph markedly different from traditional legal studies, which, as the author notes, consider law «...a kind of continuation of freedom, justice, equality, truth, reasonableness, finally». The author's view of the philosophical nature of law creates a sense of a new reality in which the usual models of jurisprudence are formatted into new algorithms for the perception of law as an element of the worldview system.
