Territorial decomposition of rhythmics of Eurasia meteorological fields

The method for climate regionalization that provides decomposing continental meteorological fields of surface air temperature and precipitation is proposed. The method takes into account the regional resonant effect of ocean currents, long-term rhythms of vegetation and human activities on the dynamics of inter-annual meteorological characteristics. This impact is assessed through the resonance criterion that characterizes the cumulative effect on atmospheric processes of all external to them rhythmic factors. Decomposition of temperature and precipitation fields of Eurasia was made with the involvement of the criterion values. Probable reasons for obtaining the regional climate characteristics are specified.
