The article presents a method for calculating the spatial distribution signal intensity from the decameter wavelength range transmitter with set energy characteristics, operating at different radio communication frequencies to the antenna "dipole" in the region's territory. Transmitting antenna's orientation diagrams are frequency communication function. The findings can be used at the planning and organization stages of the SW radio communication between air traffic control centers and commercial aviation airplanes, as well as to improve radio communications by force of formulation recommendations and suggestions about selection of transmitting antennas, correction theirs orientation diagrams characteristics, changes the transmitter power, etc. As example presents results of calculation electromagnetic fields's (EMF) intensity on European part of Russia from the SW transmitter, operating to antenna "dipole" in Moscow.
