Territory of an apartment building: issues of terminological legal understanding

The article deals with the problems of using in the legislation and in its application the terminologically similar categories «land plot under an apartment building» and «adjoining and courtyard territory». The author proposes an approach to distinguishing between these concepts, taking into account the provisions of the legislation and the positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
