Territory of priority development in the system of sustainable development of the regions of the Far Eastern federal district

The purpose of the study is the economic assessment of the socio-economic development of the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District and the prospects for changing the position of the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District as a result of the creation and development of territories of advanced socio-economic development (PDA). The study used general scientific methods of scientific knowledge, as well as methods of economic analysis and statistics. The main results of the study include the following: an analysis of the implementation of projects for TOR in the Far Eastern Federal District showed that there are real threats to their implementation, since investment activity in the region remains low, there is an outflow of labor, the district's transport system needs substantial modernization and increase some shortage of electric power capacities for launching new productions. The results of the study will be useful for assessing the place of the FEFD in the national economy and the role of TOR in shaping economic growth and improving the social sphere of the FEFD regions, as well as for scientists dealing with the problem of the economic development of depressed territories.
