Terrorist threats and the «shadow economy»: is there a relationship?

The article analyzes the so-called genetic relationship between the terrorism and the state economy, especially its gray and black schemes. The authors make the conclusion that «not white» economy generated terrorism in the modern world. They notice a tendency of formation of good conditions for terrorism under the authoritarian political regime.
