The Tibetan issue in cultural of the Chinese-Indian relations. The method of "the postponed dispute"

In the last decade of the.XX century the international cultural relations endured big changes. These years «military-political opposition of two systems - capitalist and socialist - terminated; USA and USSR; West and East». On this background in the nineties of the XX century there was an appreciable increase of a role of two great powers of Asia -China and India, strengthening in the world of their political and economic positions. Entering the relations among themselves, China and India possessing enormous human, natural, economic, strategic potential, represent one third of all mankind on our Earth. This fact emphasizes the importance of studying of this subject.
