To date, work on the employer's brand has moved from the category of exotic single phenomena to the necessary status and almost all companies that are more or less noticeable in the labor market are paying attention to the development of this area in the work of the HR unit. It is no secret that, moving along any path, we can get off and make mistakes, and the process of forming an employer brand is no exception to this rule. The most common mistakes and ways to avoid them will be discussed in this article.
