Typical investigative situations for the extremist and terrorist crimes

The article deals with typical investigative situations for the extremist and terrorist crimes. Practically significant is the role of the investigative situation in organizing and rationalizing the preliminary investigation, forming a complete system of evidence, taking into account the situational approach, which, in turn, dialectically reflects the emergence of information about the crime. For this purpose, the scientific literature identifies typical investigative situations as scientific abstractions that are most characteristic of the investigation of the corresponding categories of crimes at a particular stage of the investigation.
