Pulse oximetry recording SpO2 was made for 67 adult mans in the course of oxygen concentration decreasing up to 12%. Variations of sensitivity and resistibility against hypoxia are presented. Four variants of typical human pulse oximetry reactions in hypoxia condition were extracted from experimental data.
