Typologization of the space of the Republic of Bashkortostan according to the degree of realization of the potential of interterritorial and inter-municipal interaction

Solving the problems of interterritorial and inter-municipal interaction in the regions of the country has scientific and applied significance due to the need to ensure integration socio-ecological and economic territorial development. The severity of theoretical and applied problems of realizing the potential of inter-territorial and inter-municipal cooperation in the regions has worsened due to the socio-economic crisis in the country and the increasing negative impact of economic sanctions from developed countries. The current socio-economic situation in Russia pushes the regions to seek and form new directions of inter-territorial and inter-municipal cooperation, orienting their production to the needs of the domestic markets of neighboring territories. The following most contrasting types of regional systems of Russia are identified according to the degree of dependence of their transformation on the internal consumer factor: regional systems of dynamic prosperity, the largest mono-regional and diversified regional systems with a low degree of dependence of their transformation on the internal consumer factor, large export-oriented regional systems with international specialization, stagnating regional systems. The study presents the typology of municipalities of the Republic of Bashkortostan based on the assessment of the total general economic potential within the regional intermunicipal interaction and the grouping of border municipalities by the potential of interregional intermunicipal interaction with subjects of adjacent territories by the indicator of rank-neighborhood, by the total general economic potential within regional and intermunicipal interaction.
