Classification of regional labour markets on the basis of cluster analysis

The lack of the unified science-based approach to forecasting of basic indicators of the regional labour market determines the relevance of the study. There is an imbalance between the needs of employers and the labour supply. The authors suggest to overcome the problem of the imbalances by forming grounded forecasts, designing of which involves classification of regions.
