A standard-sized range of energy-saturated wheeled tractors for the East-Siberian agricultural zone

The purpose of the work is to substantiate the structure of a standard-sized series of energy-saturated wheeled tractors for the natural production conditions of the East-Siberian agricultural zone when distributing the arable land area across four natural zones (steppe, forest-steppe, subtaiga, taiga) with different types of soils, including five classes of rutting length from 200 to 1500 m. According to the developed algorithm with the established optimization criteria, the parameters-adapters of wheeled 4k4 tractors of the second generation to the operational technologies of tillage of three groups and different classes of length of furrow are justified. As an adapter to tillage technologies, the specific gravity (the inverse of energy saturation) is used, the base values of which are 67.3 and 72.4 kg/kW on single and twin wheels correspond to the nominal speed of 2,5 m/s of the main tillage of the first group (dump plowing), reflect the maximum level of operational mass and traction class of a tractor of different configuration with full ballasting. The minimum specific gravity values of 50.5-58.0 and 54.3-62.4 kg/kW of the specified configurations in the nominal speed range of 2.90-3.33 m/s for less energy-intensive operations of the second and third groups characterize the use of a tractor of installed capacity in an adjacent reduced traction class with the least ballasting. The adapter to the natural zone (the length of the rutting) adopted a range of required power, the boundaries of which correspond to the condition of minimizing specific reduced and direct operating costs, including two standard sizes of tractors used in adjacent traction classes in operations of different groups with operating weight control limits of 1,20-3.25 t. removable ballast to reduce specific fuel and energy costs. The rational structure of the standard-sized row of wheeled tractors for the agricultural zone includes five (5-9) power discharges in the range of 105-280 kW, used in six traction classes.
