The types, subtypes and forms of gold concentration developed by author on the basis stagial-lithogenesis minerageny model and gold geochemical in rocks and formations of the sedimentary basin, which represents the structural-compositional complex. They are product by the phase processes of different compositional sediments-rocks of the progressive (sedimentogenesis, diagenesis and catagenesis), inversive (metagenesis) and regressive (dislocatiogenesis and hypergenesis) stages. Representing system model allows to determine the combined goldmetalogenetic specialization formations of the platform and folding sedimentary basins, that increases quality and efficience of prognosis and search the gold placer and ore deposits.
