Prison templies in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article describes the stationary religious objects - temples and mosques located on the territories of the structural units of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Bashkortostan. A brief historical sketch of the experience of building religious objects in penitentiary institutions in the Republic, and statistical data is given. The work is based on data obtained during expeditionary visits in 2015-2016, according to the author's field materials. For the first time, a description is given of all existing stationary religious objects in correctional institutions in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The article has informational and reference character.
