TNCs of the consumer sector in the market of corporate control in modern conditions

This article examines the transactions of corporate control of TNCs in the consumer sector in modern conditions. It is noted that changes in the external macro environment are pushing TNCs in the consumer sector to transactions of corporate control. It is proved that along with general factors, there are industry-specific factors affecting mergers and acquisitions. The features of the largest transactions implemented by TNCs in the consumer sector as part of their corporate strategies are considered. There has been a decrease in the number of corporate control transactions in the consumer sector in recent years.
