Point analysis of remote sensing data using the Python programming language

This article describes a method that allows a point estimate of the characteristics provided by the remote sensing data. The characteristics of a point whose coordinates are known and fixed are determined. During the work, the software package Anaconda and the open geographic information system QGIS (Python interpreter - Spyder) was used. As an example, the use of this method was presented at the Landsat 8 satellite imagery data. The result of the work is the automation of the method in the form of a python script that outputs the obtained data in text format.
