Toxicological assessment of soils in the territory unauthorized placement of alcohol stillage in the village Rozhdestveno by the method of biotesting

The results of a study using biotesting methods for soil disturbance on the territory of unauthorized placement of alcohol stillage in the village Rozhdestveno, Samara Region are presented. Sampling and biotesting were carried out according to generally accepted methods: by mortality and changes in the fertility of daphnia, by changes in the level of chlorophyll fluorescence and the number of algae cells. Aqueous extracts prepared from the soil of two background samples did not have a toxic effect on living organisms, but aqueous extracts from four samples taken in the area where the alcohol stillage was placed had a toxic effect.
