«Tokuz-oguz» problem in the history of the study of ancient uigurs of Central Asia

The role of tokuz-oguzs in ethnogeny of ancient Uigurs of Central Asia, in spite of its fixed study, until now, is not completely established. For purposes of the solution of this problem are examined basic hypotheses about the origin of name of «tokuz-oguz», its relation to the history of ancient Uigurs. As a result studies are in this work represented two key versions, which they adhere to scientists - oguzic and uiguric. At the same time, the author expressed the opinion that «tokuz-oguz» was the name of the union association of nine nomadic tribes of Central Asia. The thorough study of information and facts from the ancient Turkish memorables inscriptions and the Chinese dynasty chronicles makes it possible to reveal the ethnic composition of tokuz-oguzs: a Uigur, to bayyrku, tongra, ediz, dolan, seyanto (name on the Chinese chronicles) and others. Specifically, by them, to Kök-Turks (in the Russian: Kok-Turk) and to Yenisey kyrgyzs, belongs significant role in formation of the Turkish people of the center of Asia - tyva.
