Tolerance as a condition of prevention of conflictity of military institution cadets

The possibilities of preventing conflict interaction between cadets of military universities based on the formation of tolerance are considered. With the help of socio-psychological training, a study was conducted and data were obtained confirming the presence of a correlation between the indicators of cadet tolerance and their conflict. The conclusion is drawn about the possibility of developing the tolerance of cadets in the teaching staff of the military educational institution, as well as its positive impact on reducing conflict.
