Interpretation of international treaty as a means to interfere in resolution of a dispute between a foreign investor and a host state

The article deals with the contemporary practice of international agreements interpretation in an effort to interfere in resolution of disputes between foreign investors and host states. The author pays close attention to the practice of the international arbitral tribunals on the issue of obligatory power of the international treaty interpretations, which are produced by the states unilaterally or jointly by means of special mechanisms prescribed by the agreements.
