Resume: Cholelithiasis (GSD) is one of the most common diseases of the abdominal organs, the frequency of which, according to various authors, reaches up to 16-20% and tends to grow. The twenty-first century will be marked by the introduction into clinical practice and the rapid development of endovideosurgical technologies and the expansion of their field of application. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has become the gold standard in the treatment of gallstone disease. In the leading countries of the world, up to 98% of cholecystectomy cases are performed using video loparascopic technique. In young people, when there is a mass of concomitant diseases, there is a negative effect of intense carboxyperitoneum on the functions of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Difficult anatomical situations, which are observed during operations in 3-5% of patients, also force the surgeon in 3-5 cases to switch to an open method of surgery or conversion.
