Trademark. Problems of Russian law and experience of other countries

In this article, the author analyzes the topical problems of legal regulation of a trademark and its protection in Russia and foreign countries. It is concluded that a number of legislative provisions used by foreign legal orders can be introduced into Russian legislation in order to eliminate gaps and problems in law enforcement.
