Traditions and modern needs for the innovation choice of approaches to creation of professional training process of experts with higher education

In the article the problem of creation process of physical education experts' professional training which emergence is predetermined by features of the post-perestroika period and new conditions of activity in our society is considered. Authors try to give the theoretical description of current situation and to define the dominating directions in the system of physical education experts' professional education of a new formation. For the purpose of greater understanding of the studied questions, the last ones are considered at the junction of traditional and modern requirements what allows at the level of the comparative analysis to define perspectives of further training system development for staff with higher education. In the article the special place is allocated for a question of professional education which at this conjuncture became extremely actual. Thus, the article's authors do attempt to create a portrait of the modern expert with the higher education. At the same time importance of the professional selection allowing to define inclinations and students' abilities is noted what in the subsequent can promote more qualitative creation of professional training process. In conclusion, the article represents authors' understanding of professional training process in the conditions of higher educational system's transformation, as well as main positions which regulate its construction.
